Casting calls: Organizing and conducting auditions to select performers who align with the creative vision of each production.
Creative vision: Developing a unique and compelling creative vision for each script or performance, ensuring cohesion and impact throughout.
Collaboration: Working closely with other professionals such as photographers, music production, and venues to execute the creative vision effectively.
Performance oversight: Acting as the primary person in charge during rehearsals and performances, ensuring that the production meets artistic standards and audience expectations.
Community engagement: Fostering a sense of community within Haus Muerte and collaborating with local organizations for charity work and fundraisers, including initiatives supporting P.M.GRAN.TE, a project focusing on community-based wellness and mutual aid for People of Marginalized Genders in Pueblo, CO.
